Your satisfaction is 100% unconditionally guaranteed. If you purchase
a product from us and it does not meet your satisfaction, we will
gladly refund, replace, or exchange your purchase. If the product
you choose as a replacement carries a lower price, we will refund
the difference. Please send it back to us following the instructions
in the Return Requirements section in order to
receive a refund, replacement or exchange. Please keep the following in mind:
- Due to the nature of this business, we can only offer you 30-days
to review your order from the time of receipt, and then return
it for a 100% merchandise refund.
- We do not refund shipping costs, nor do we pay return shipping
costs.
- Any alterations made to any items will void all warranties
and will not be accepted as a return under any circumstances.
- Certain items will not be accepted as returns. Please see
below.

- Items not purchased from Progryp Gym Gear.
- Products that have been modified or altered in any way
- Discontinued and/or Clearance Sale Items

Exchanges
To exchange any of our products follow the "Return Policy" listed
on this page. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless
the return is due to a Progryp Gym Gear error.
Defective or Damaged Products
We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects. If
any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we
will refund or exchange providing you follow the "Return Policy" listed
on this page. You are responsible for shipping and handling costs.
Refunds
We will give a refund for any of our products that are damaged in shipping,
are shown to have factory defects, or does not meet your complete satisfaction.
Refunds or credits will not be given for products that have been used or damaged
by customer from misuse or neglect, and custom orders are non-refundable (with
the exception of those that have factory defects or are damaged in shipping).
Shipping charges or rush charges will not be refunded. Return
shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return
is due to a progryp.com error. To receive a refund, follow the "Return
Policy" listed on this page. Under no circumstances, will
refunds or exchanges be given after our 30-day review period.
Return Requirements
- Fill out a RMA Request
Form within 30 days of receipt of the order.
- Print the RMA receipt
that will be emailed to you once your request has been accepted.
- Return the product in the original box with packing materials
along with the RMA receipt and original packing sheet. Include
all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with
the product to avoid any additional fees.
- We recommend items be returned via UPS, FedEx, or insured USPS
for proof of delivery.
You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited
all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product
is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the
postal receipt in your return package if it is a return for an error on our
part.
Progryp Gym Gear must receive the item within 30 days of receipt
of your return request order.
